“Very poor workmanship jobs left unfinished. Front door could be dangerous. French doors not finished. Was supposed to put a wet room in for us and with a disabled person in the house it is essential for this to be done with a high rise wc. He phoned while were out on the 26th Saturday morning leaving a message saying he wouldn't be able to do the wet room due to a family emergency, he runs a business with people working for him. Is he going to tell his other clients the same he cannot finish the their jobs as well.”
