“We initially contacted Louis in December 2023 following a leak coming through one of our lights. Louis and his team were extremely efficient (they arrived within 10 minutes of me calling) and we were so impressed that we asked them to review our boiler set up which they replaced for us in January 2024. We’ve contacted Louis for servicing of our gas fire and to check a few things, nothing is too much trouble and Louis is very polite and friendly. The service is excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.”

A great, quick, professional service was received by my 82 year old father. He was treated with respect and was very happy with the service he received as Gilbert & Gregson successfully fixed his problem. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend. A big thank you to Louis and his guys.
New bathroom and en-suite installed. Very professional service from beginning to end. would definitely recommend.
Called Gilbert and gregson regarding an ongoing boiler issues and found the engineer who attended very knowledgeable and professional and was very impressed with the service.
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! I had a leak and I couldn’t shut the water off at my stop clock, I rang these guys they were there within 20 minutes! Stoped the water and fixed my leak. Very polite, clean and tidy workmanship and didn’t cost the earth. Will definitely be using again.
The lads at Gilbert and Gregson installed a new boiler for me at late noticed after mine had packed in. Tidy, efficient and hard workers, thoroughly recommended and will be my go to plumbers! Thanks again guys
Louis and he’s team are very knowledgeable, they gave me advice about the work that I needed done and I took their advice. They were professional and tidy, I would highly recommend.
I had a issue with my toilet not flushing correctly nor refilling as it should. Myles came in with a big smile on his face and got straight to it, he took the time to explain why it was not operating as it should and things to look out for in the future. Very easy going lad with a high level of professionalism, would definitely recommend!
Their engineer was on-time, polite and knew exactly how to fix my heating - specifically the radiators. Bled, flushed and restored! Totally recommend these guys!
Have always found it hard to find good reliable honest plumbers in the past. Will be continuing to use these in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends as they done a great job!
