We initially contacted Louis in December 2023 following a leak coming through one of our lights. Louis and his team were extremely efficient (they arrived within 10 minutes of me calling) and we were so impressed that we asked them to review our boiler set up which they replaced for us in January 2024. We’ve contacted Louis for servicing of our gas fire and to check a few things, nothing is too much trouble and Louis is very polite and friendly. The service is excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.

A very speedy and efficient response to a burst pipe - thank you!
Right from the quotation to having the work done, I found Louis and the team professional and thorough. The work they did was done to a fantastic standard. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Found Gilbert and gregson through trust a trader and after having a few different plumbers come round to quote for the work (new heating system & 2 bathrooms) found Louis to be very knowledgeable and helpful, he put me at ease from the start and was great at communicating whilst all the work was taking place. Couldn't be more happy with how it's all turned out and really glad I made the decision to go with Gilbert and gregson. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
