"Did not turn up on day scheduled. Repointed chimney, replaced missing tiles, did not see any lead flashings but was assured by Rickey that this had been done. One can only see cement surrounding chimney/roof. Queried bill as work only took 2/3 days. Asked for breakdown but was told that they did not do this, I had accepted the full price for the work."
