He did a complete refit of the cloakroom which, apart from plumbing, involved replacing the floor due to water damage from a leak we’d had, and he did a great job on that too. It was a small room for him to work in but he coped well. He’s a very organised and tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. He regularly communicates progress and is pleasant and friendly so it was a pleasure to have him working here. His attention to detail is good. Nothing is too much trouble to achieve a perfect result, which we now have."
