On the kitchen extension they created a relatively complicated pitch roof with oversized glass rooflights, plus added a much needed underfloor heating system. He has good relationships with the council, engineers and architects. Glenward pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Graham listened and always responded, offering alternatives if needed. They were a pleasure ( in as much as such disruptive work can be) to work with as a customer. Finishing and snagging was a bit rushed, but we were very much over time.
