Pros: Good communication with quick responses. Happy to deal by text rather than random daytime calls. Work quality was fairly good, not perfect, but sufficient for preparing the house for sale. Cons: Clean-up was poor. Paint splashes were left on a window and radiator, plus significant dust and paint chips throughout the house, which took considerable time to clear. On the final day there was pressure to confirm completion. Some issues (including ceiling paint spills leaving a white haze on blue walls) had to be pointed out and challenged before they would address them.
Michael and his team were wonderful. Incredibly kind, generous and informative. They were always happy to help, including a flooring issue that wasn’t in the job description. We are so happy with work they have done, and did it with 48 hours. Truly recommend to anyone ☺️

I had an excellent experience with Gold Luxe Services LTD. Michael and his colleague were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. My sofa had been well used by my four young children and was desperately in need of refreshing. After the clean, the fabric looked fresh, clean, and renewed. The results were far better than I expected, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. They also cleaned my stairs, landing and playroom modular seating . I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them.

My experience with Gold Lux services, was an incredibly brilliant service! From start to finish. I have had 3 separate jobs done, from painting to carpet cleaning! My 3 floors of banisters painted from white to black, and what an outstanding job was done!! I absolutely love it. Micheal had no problem coming back a few times even when I noticed anything I wanted rectified. My carpets were made to look like new. Love this company and will be my new regular go to.
