"I rang Wendy from Gold Standard pest control at 4.45pm in floods of tears as I had a mouse infestation. By 6pm Rhys was at my house to sort the problem. He set traps and gave me lots of advice. Later that evening, I received a message from Wendy checking I was ok as so upset when I rang her. Rhys carried out a further 3 visits doing a full assessment each time with a written report.
