Ethan is hardworking and did return to try to resolve the leak we had after the shower enclosure was installed. Ethan did offer to return again but in the end we decided to use another trader to fix the leak (resealing the enclosure). We also had to ask another trader to replace the two broken tiles (a hazard that can happen on this job) as Ethan damaged them during the installation but couldn’t repair them. I would say that it has cost us more than planned. However I believe in time Ethan will gain more experience and be successful in their career. I wish Ethan all the best for the future.

got the job sorted
I strongly advise against using this plumbing service. The plumber didn’t complete the job, demanded full payment upfront, and then disappeared. When I finally heard back from him, he tried to charge extra before even finishing the original work and insisted on payment in advance. The little work he managed to do was of very poor quality and had to be redone. Totally unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money.
Ethan did first fix plumbing on our bathroom. When our bathroom fitter came to do the second fix he had to spend over a day redoing the waste on the shower, toilet, and sink, all of which had not been done to the product specification we sent Ethan. He hasn’t answered calls or texts since so haven’t been able to discuss or rectify. We’ve now paid our bathroom fitter a whole day that we’d already paid to Ethan. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.
