I was particularly impressed with the beautiful tiling he did to my specifications in a herringbone pattern, a complex undertaking which required careful planning and a lot of intricate cutting and fitting of the tiles as they had to be matched up between the adjacent walls. He sets himself high standards and nothing is too much trouble. He communicated clearly how the work would be carried out and consulted me at every stage of the process.”
