Good Old Clean Ltd

Calvin, Bobita (and sorry I can’t remember the name of the other cleaner!) did an amazing deep clean of my property. The place hadn’t been lived in for months nor had a proper clean for ages. They were super friendly and made everything gleam and sparkle. The skirting boards, appliances, behind appliances, kitchen drawers and cabinets had all been thoroughly cleaned. I couldn’t believe the tired appliances were the same ones when I came to inspect. The bathroom had been transformed and the tiles there and in the kitchen revived. The pricing was fair and great value for the service.

We are not anonymous.my husband certified.severe vision.i am unwell//we used this company his name johnathon.so we agreed 40£2hour clean + 10£ for him 50 total the girl came and and was very good...we informed him that we would be asking the cleaner to dog sit..so rightly or wrongly..we asked he to come as a seperate thing//so he didn't want her to know how much we were paying..so we didn't agree.so when I told him we could not use same person because there were reasons as we knew college etc...///so he called us dishonest. Really..

The cleaners damaged the taps, sink and other silver areas in the property with harsh chemicals. Despite reporting this along with photo evidence to the company, nothing was done. The cleaners lied to me and told me that they moved my furniture and cleaned and mopped everywhere. Upon checking, there was plenty of mess, dust and stains under my coffee table and sofa. They pretended to clean all of my cupboards when this was not the case. I am so disappointed. We have contacted the company for a resolution via email and formal letter of complaint and have been ignored. Very unprofessional.
