Have a 1 as you can’t give a zero. Turned up and agreed a price and start date, received a text telling me they would start on the Monday instead of the agreed day. Didn’t turn up, didn’t turn up on the agree day and didn’t contact me. Turned up on the Wednesday with a brush a bucket and a few hammers. Smashed up part of the wall got up and left after 45mins. I phoned and asked if he was away for lunch and was told his tool broke and he would be back on Friday when it was fixed. He never turned up. AVOID
lady has problems i think,as no tradesmen want to work for her and with state of the place no wonder even the rats around it wears overalls
