“Very professional and polite. Arrived promptly after I rang due to the previous locksmith installing a lock which had only one locking mechanism not the five that was originally on there which I wasn’t happy with. Richard put a complete new gearbox and attachments on. He explained in detail about the locking system. I was very happy with the service and price. I would certainly recommend Grants Locks to family and friends.”

Phoned 1.45 pm. Unable to turn key in Upvc door. Richard's first comment "Oh you've got one of those locks". Didn't present an obstacle to Richard as lock replaced and job completed by 3.30 pm. Excellent job. Thank you Richard.
Brilliant service and trustworthy tradesman. Arrived promptly this evening. Had all equipment with him and effectively fixed the fault in our door. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.
Very friendly and helpful

Richard phoned when he was on his way and was polite, helpful and explained fully what was required to make it easier for me to use the locks.
A very quick response and same day scheduling in of an urgent broken lock. Was able to assure us up front of a fix, with a number of options. Also able to fit in a non urgent piece of work

Very happy with the end result.
Having a broken front door lock I contacted Grants Locks who operate a 24/7 service. Richard's response was immediate, and he was able to install a new lock straightaway, and the work was carried out in a short space of time in a tidy fashion. I would certainly recommend his services to family and friends.
