I was contacted by this company who explained they could not assist with this repair. That was not the end of the call. I was offered advice how to move the issue forward. These were very much appreciated and with the advice I should be able to make the decision as to a repair or not. I was very impressed with this company who were ready to assist me when they were not going to carry out the work. The approach was very much appreciated and their honesty and the call was really outstanding. Thank you.
