The job was an emergency and he came out as soon as he could with the part and fitted it there and then, we were very pleased.
I would not hesitate to recommend Great White Gas. I found Sam to be extremely thorough and explained what he was doing as he went. He highlighted a minor issue with our working gas inlet pressure, which hadnt been mentioned in prior services since we have lived at this property. Following the service, Sam took the time to write an email explaining the points I should make if I take the issue up with the Gas board. I will be calling Great White Gas again for future works.
