“Upon the recommendation of a tradesman that we knew, we engaged with Greenbanks Construction for some works that we wanted done. Notwithstanding the fact that this was only probably a very small job for Greenbanks we cannot fault any part of the experience. Dan, Laura, their team and tadespeople from start to finish were helpful, communicative, friendly, polite, courteous and hardworking. They commenced on the date agreed and completed on the date they stated. Upon completion everything was cleaned and tidied to a high standard. We would not hesitate to use Greenbanks again for any future works or recommend them to anyone requiring a steer. Thanks Greenbanks!”
“Dan, Laura & the Greenbank team were exemplary in all aspects of our project and were integral in the planning, management and timely completion of the 4 projects undertaken. Throughout, Dan & Laura ensured that all elements of the build (plumber/tiler, carpenter, plasterer/renderers, skips, electricians etc) were on site at the right time (and place - important with 4 different projects on 1 site). Communication and reliability was outstanding making the build/s less daunting for us. Clean up was excellent and allowed our family (and pets) to continue to live onsite during the weeks of the build. Last minute changes and additions to the build were all graciously accommodated (they even took a day of their holiday to do a last-minute added project for us). We fully recommend (and thank) Greenbank Construction and their trusted "family" of expert trades-people.”
“Had a small kitchen extension and new patio area built by Dan and the team, who did a great job with the build , turned up when they said they would, were friendly and polite, and always tidied up before leaving. Any problems ( which always arise on any build) were quickly dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend if you’re looking for building work or landscaping”

Dan and the team came round to quote us on an integral garage conversion, turning it into an inhabitable room. From start to finish they were always so polite and jolly and we were met with a few hiccups along the way that were caused by a previous builder which he helped us rectify and completed the works, including electrics, plastering and correcting previous work within a fortnight. We are very happy with how it looks, and we can't wait to get the skirting boards down once the plastering has dried and get decorating. We highly recommend Greenbank's, they're 10/10, and we will be contacting them in the future if we need anything further doing. Thank you for bringing our ideas to life! It was our daughter's birthday and the electrician gave her £10 to share with her sister because she was so excited. They were all so lovely.
Greenbanks Construction are a fantastic company. Dan, Laura & the rest of their team have been great to work with. They really understood what we wanted for our garden and they certainly delivered. Communication from them from start to finish was great, anything that came up was discussed and talked about 1st. The quality of everything in the garden is fantastic. They all worked incredibly hard and always left everywhere clean & tidy at the end of the. Precision to detail was fantastic and we can't fault a thing. We would highly recommend them.

Large scale landscaping, retaining walls, block paving, all done to the highest standard and with superb service. Highly recommended!
Work required at short notice - fencing of a large garden area to secure an unexpected, inherited dog. Consulted throughout and a very solid and good looking outcome ideal for purpose and a pleasing addition to the look of the property.
I would (and have) recommended Greenbanks to anyone who is looking for a team of absolutely awesome trades people to carry out any kind of construction work. Every single member of Dan’s team went above and beyond during the construction of an extension to my cottage; they became members of the family whilst they were here and I can’t thank them all enough for the beautiful, high quality work they carried out. They were tidy too which is really important to me and made perfect adaptations that worked with the idiosyncrasies of my very old cottage!
