"Our house alarm suddenly started making a loud ‘chirping’ noise all night long - very annoying! We looked online for a firm local to Caerphilly and luckily found Greenpoint Security (Llanishen) Cardiff. We phoned the company and the manager said he would get an engineer to us that afternoon. He explained all possible charges which were very reasonable. Charlie, the engineer, arrived and promptly diagnosed and fixed the alarm installing a new battery and system reset. All done and dusted. Greenpoint then sent us an invoice and we paid via bank transfer. Thanks for a great service."
