From the intial quote all the way through to completion of my en-suite the team were excellent in providing ideas, keeping me updated and checking in with me before completing certain aspects of the job. The en-suite took 2 weeks which is what I was advised at the start. The quality and cleanliness of everyone was second to none. My en-suite is truly amazing and I would definitely without doubt have them to do further work.”

From the outset, Stuart Dean was very helpful with the supply and design of the kitchen. All work from stripping out old kitchen to fitting new was absolutely first class. Efficient, neat and all done to time. The usual issues which arise when fitting a brand new kitchen were addressed and dealt with without fuss. In fact some adjustments were even better than the original plan. His price was very fair and the quality of his work was exemplary. I would have no hesitation in using Gregory Dean Developments for any other work I need to my home.”

Detailed reviews
The entire team were superb. We had an Ensuite shower fitted and it required coming through the downstairs ceiling with the pipes. Each of the men working (shower fitter, carpenter, plasterer) were of such a high technical standard. Polite, efficient and they cleaned up. Cannot praise them enough. Thousands of pounds cheaper than other quotes too.
We would recommend mark and the team without hesitation. Mark gave recommendations of materials and difference price breaks to our bathroom renovation. He also gave us the breakdown of the work involved , times, dates and a full indepth quotation , not just a bottom line price! We were Very pleased with all the communications for working time arrivals and on the spot changes to designs. We Felt extremely comfortable letting Mark and the team work alone in the house. The end product was amazing , fantastic results. 10/10.
I used Gregory-Dean (Mark) to tile my bathroom and downstairs living area. My specification was high end and the tiles were not a normal size (or design) and hence required proper experts in fitting the tiles. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail of the process even before the work started. During the laying of the tiles, they were very professional and worked hard to ensure that the floor looked perfect. On completion all I can say is that I am thrilled with the results. The floors and walls look superb. I can recommend Mark and his company to anyone looking to have tiles laid, both in a commercial or residential property.
Very professional, tidy and clean tiler. Completely tidied up at the end of each day. Initial quotation clearly laid out and charged as quoted when work was complete and to our satisfaction. Used again for smaller bathroom as very pleased with bigger 1st job. Would have no hesitation to engage again.
As a local builder working in the area for well over 20 years I have used Gregory Dean for all my tiling jobs since meeting them around 2-3 years ago. They’ve done in the region of 15 bathrooms and kitchens for us in that time and each time the work is of a very high standard and all completed with no mess. Highly recommend

I would not hesitate to recommend Mark's service to anyone, his work is first class and reasonably priced. His staff were exemplary too.
Gregory-Dean Developments Ltd replaced our family bathroom and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The team are perfectionists and when it comes to tiling that’s what you want! From the initial discussion over what you want they fully listen and consult you every step of the way to ensure it’s exactly how you want it. They also cut down our soil stack to ensure we didn’t have unsightly boxing, which other bathroom companies couldn’t confirm if it was possible. Gregory-Dean Developments Ltd made it happen. We’ve ended up with a bathroom that’s exactly to our requirements and have had many compliments on it.
We bought a house that needed a lot of work done to it and contacted Gregory-Dean Developments Ltd to quote and not looked back. These guys are reliable, professional, friendly and do an excellent job on everything they do. We have had them back time and again for different projects and they have pretty much renovated our whole house! Our latest project was a media wall which has completely transformed my lounge, they even helped me with some design ideas! I would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and family and will definitely contact them for any further work needed to be done. Thank you Gregory-Dean Developments Ltd!
These guys are amazing, very professional and down to earth guys. They know their stuff and the quality of finishing is top notch. Used these guys are all 3 of the bathrooms over the last 2 years. Good to hive ideas and plan the bathrooms. Pricing is fair but over all - 10:10 👍
Even though it was a small job, Mark did a great job tiling our bathroom when we chose the wrong tiles. We appreciate you diving in and helping us when we needed help. We will definitely be in touch next year for our 2nd bathroom complete refit
Over the last year Gregory-Dean have refurbished my en-suit, bathroom, cloakroom and re tiled my conservatory floor. The work has been competitively priced, excellent and staff professional, trustworthy and friendly. I would not personally use any other company and with no hesitation highly recommend them.

Installed an underfloor heating system and large tiles to a new kitchen. Did an excellent job on a difficult work surface. They were very professional, courteous, prompt and did an excellent job. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients.
Highly recommended, our work was done to a high standard in not ideal conditions. Stuart is very knowledgeable and continually provided solutions to issues for our 100+ year old property. Quality of fit/finish is very high, tiling is especially good.
