He tried to obtain obsolete part but his quote for new Worcester boiler was very reasonable. My old boiler was removed and new one fitted by Sam in a day, to a high standard, very neat and tidy. It was a smooth, quick and stress-free experience doing business with Tom and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and heating help and advice and a reliable, local tradesman."
