Asked for advice on boiler and he took time to make helpful suggestion. Its clear he has alot of gas expertise and knowledge. Ill be using him to service my boiler in future and to install a wireless control. Highly recommend him I'm renovating my bathroom later this year and will definitely use him for that.”

Efficient, pleasant and diligent
Needed to replace or repair defunct water heater in my elderly mother’s house Pierre responded promptly and made 3 trips to check exactly what was needed Despite being busy he responded quickly to queries. It was clear from his and 3 other engineers who visited and quoted a new boiler and pipes needed. Pierre’s quote was competitive and he was able to fit us in within a week He spent extra hours with his mate doing the work diligently and calmly

Excellent service
Pierre diagnosed the issue quickly and concisely, sent the quote within a few hours and started work next day and fixed the leaking boiler, talked through what he was going to do. Very thorough and professional, cleared up after and took pictures of the work done. Highly recommended him to anyone that has a boiler issue.

Cooker Replacement
I had GRNZ Heating & Plumbing replace my faulty cooker, and I couldn’t be happier! The engineer was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. They made the whole process so easy, from removing the old cooker to installing and testing the new one. It’s working perfectly now, and I’m so impressed with their service. A fantastic repair
My heating would not switch off. I selected GRNZ from Which? Trusted Traders because he was quite local, and I was extremely lucky that Piere was able to call that day. I found him to be friendly and polite, and he spent some time making sure where the problem was, which was a faulty valve. Then in the afternoon, I received a call to say he could come and replace the part. I was delighted! How could I be so lucky? We paid Piere a moderate amount for his time plus the part by BACS, and he emailed an invoice the following day. As an afternote, not only is our heating now working as it should, but since the repair it seems to be more efficient than it ever was.
