Group JML Window & Door Installations

We asked Jack to quote us for bi-fold doors. On his visit Jack appeared friendly and came back to us quickly with a competitive quote and short lead time. We paid Jack £2000 deposit and then the nightmare began. Jack quickly stopped answering our calls, emails and messages. When I did eventually get through, calling from other peoples phones, he gave us excuse after excuse and delay after delay. I threatened Jack with small claims court to which he said Group JML was being liquidatated - a known tactic amongst scammers. 22 weeks down the line we are no closer to getting our doors or refund. AVOID.

Replacement window. 95% of work was fine. However trying to get incorrect hinges replaced total joke. JML Window and Door Installations with excuses as to why they can't obtain hinges or find time to fit them. For a stress free life avoid at all costs.

Nothing but delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. Took 4 visits by 2 different people over 7 weeks to replace a small window - and so much of my time wasted on calling and texting.
