Unreliable and untrustworthy I was quoted for an end of tenancy clean including carpets and curtains. They sent an email two days before to tell me they couldn’t do it on the agreed date because the cleaner hadn’t returned from holiday. I couldn’t cancel at this point because it was over the Xmas holiday bank holiday period. They also told me the curtains were not part of the original quote and when I showed them email confirmation they just said sorry we can’t do it. The cleaner arrived an hour late for the appointment and did an average job with issues highlighted in the inventory report
Really poor service, had to be re-done and was still bad - couldn't be re-done a third time as we had to move in, was offered a tiny partial refund (less than 10%). Would avoid
