"As soon as I sent details and pictures got a reply about costs. Once I agreed they asked me to let them know days to avoid then they sent me a date and time. They sent me a couple more reminders of the date and to let them know if I had any questions. On the day they called to say approximately what time they would be here. They did a great job, very happy with the communication from start to finish."
