I booked an end of tenancy cleaning service through Checkatrade and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. HandM Cleaning requested payment by bank transfer (£280 total, effectively £140 per hour). The cleaners were at the property for only 1 hour and 40 minutes. A number of critical items were missed, including skirting boards, proper hoovering, and the shower drain. The cleaning carried out was only surface level — and much of the flat had already been cleaned before they arrived. No invoice was provided.
