“Excellent service from Dan and his lads, Dan came out when requesting a quote, he was polite and took as much detail as possible before providing a very competitive quote for a new boiler and radiators, which we accepted. Work was then booked, and Dan and his team arrived on time on the days booked. Work was carried out to a very high standard and left clean and tidy afterwards. Although I was very happy and delighted with the work carried out by the trades who did the work. Unfortunately, I have had to lower the overall score because of the owner. When I called him to advised that the toilet was leaking, he told me he would send someone to refix it but I would have to pay for this.
