Ali was very professional, polite, friendly, courteous and punctual. Ali knew exactly what he was doing and explained every detail of the job step by step before it was done and after the job was finished. I was given all the information before the job was done, when the parts were ordered, when the parts arrived and then an appointment was booked. A job well done. I am definitely going to use Ali again for other jobs. I would highly recommend him and it is a job professionally well done. A pleasure Thank you
