He Liaised with my tenants direct and sent me an invoice (other companies wanted card details up front!). Very reasonable and reliable. Would definitely use Nicholas again and recommend to friends/family.”

The trader didn’t appear happy and wasn’t a tidy worker. System worked for 2 months. Boiler manufacturer said system not flushed out properly and had to renew heat exchanger. Almost unheard of after 2 months. Company arranged a proper flush out and now are charging us over £800! I would not recommend.

Dear client, we are investigating this issue. When we did return it was proven that the system was flushed and cleaned when we carried out the boiler install. We are taking this up with the boiler manufacturer as their engineer was incorrect in what he said. There is also an Ideal boiler filter supplied by the manufacturer to protect the boiler which has obviously not done its job. The statement should have been run past a manager before being sent so that the issues here could be addressed with the manufacturer and we apologise that this didn’t happen. We have now put the statement on hold until the discussion with the manufacturer can be had. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Toilet cistern
Very professional set up. I was told upfront about the cost. Carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
I had paid over £700 for the first bill, which had to be amended due to errors, and the second one at over £450 was also incorrect. This second bill is being disputed. Despite the plumbers having good temperaments and seemingly trying their best, they do not do the job properly. Then you get charged for their coming back again to fix their mistakes! After 34 emails and then both our recorded delivery letters about the disputed bill, the co-owner has now reduced the bill a little. I am still very unhappy with this invoice and the fact that I have spent at least 10 hours going back and forth with them and getting legal advice. This has made me ill and that is the reason why I have agreed to the reduced bill, which is only less £129 + vat from the £455.

We are disappointed that you have left this poor review. As discussed in our email conversations, we feel we did nothing wrong. You got charged by us for fitting your WC out of hours, which you requested us to do because the builder you instructed to do the work was not able to. You then said that there were problems on the original first fix which, as we proved, was totally fine with no issues. In order to get paid, we also reduced the cost substantially meaning we are at a loss. The truth is that we actually went above and beyond to assist you as you were desperate for your WC to be fitted that evening. Kind Regards Hall & Randall

Matt did a faultless job of installing our new kitchen sink - he took the measurements, found a modern/stylish sink which would fit and installed it within a few hours with no fuss. It looks great. Matt genuinely takes pride in what he does and knows what he’s doing. Thank you again!

I am very grateful for Nicholas to come out and remove my old gas cooker and seal off the gas. He was very helpful and even came round earlier than expected. It was very quickly sorted out and he made sure everything was safe. He was very polite and helpful. I will consider using his services again if I need them.

Gas Safety Certificate Renewal inspection . Nicholas was excellent! He was on time, polite and very honest and transparent. Nick was a pleasure to have working for us, he was very polite and worked hard to get all work completed quicker than he originally quoted for meaning he was able to reduce the total cost which was very fair of him. Nick cleaned and tidied all rubbish as he worked. We are very happy with all work carried out and would definitely use his services again.
