“Matt responded quickly to a request for a second opinion about a pressure loss issue, following some work by another company that didn't resolve the issue. He did a thorough assessment and recommended a new boiler - one of two options alongside a tracer gas test (which he explained the pros and cons of). I felt more comfortable with Matt than the other company, and agreed to the boiler replacement, which he did quickly, efficiently and with no mess. The issue has now been resolved, and I feel that I've found somebody reliable that I will call on again for servicing and other issues.”

They will always talk through any issues and repair proposals and always look at alternatives and options to suit various budgets. I would have no doubt in recommending them to anyone.

My boiler stopped working one morning and I called 3 different boiler repair companies local to me. This company was the only one that answered and I'm happy they did. The gentleman gave me a time window he'd attend in and stuck to it exactly. On arrival, he was polite, friendly and professional. He examined my boiler and determined the problem was with the gas supply. He then talked me through how to address this with SGN. The issue was then fixed an hour later.
I had a fault with my boiler on NYE. Just as it was looking like I might have to go a couple of days without heating or hot water, Matt answered my call and was out within a couple of hours to fix it. The work was done in a timely manner and Matt was very friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend - thanks Matt!

I needed a new boiler Matt provided a quote that was professional and clear whilst being extremely competitive. verall a great experience with Halo heating and Matt - fairly large job carried out in removing a outdated heating system and fitting a full new system along with a complete bathroom suite and kitchen plumbing - Matt was always very responsive and clear with prices and issues etc. even when things didn’t go to plan Matt was very quick to sort everything

Matt saved the day for me and responded immediately to my boiler breakdown on. A Saturday. It couldn’t be repair that day as new parts were needed, which he promptly found and came back as planned to complete the repair. So, thanks Matt.
I’ve currently built my own house in cranleigh and Matt did all the plumbing and was very officiant neat tidy organised and didn’t hold the build up in any way also he worked as a team with the other trades which led to no delays . I’ve been in the building industry for 25 years and halo heating is by far the most organised pluming firm I have ever come across . Affordable and never messed me about during the build to completion.
Brilliant service from Halo, they did an oil fired boiler service same day at very reasonable charge, extremely trustworthy and professional as well as friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend and will be using Halo for all future servicing. Thank you Matt & George!
