I contacted Lucas through Checkatrade, and he was very prompt in getting back to me to arrange a time to view the work I requested to be carried out, which was to level out the flooring in my loft room, fit new boards and new laminate flooring. Lucas's associate Kai was punctual, efficient & pleasant to speak to. I would not hesitate to recommend Hammond Property Solutions, and I already have a list of other work I would like them to do for us.

Really positive experience - had a wonky old door i wanted hanging and the carpenter that came to hang the door was solution oriented and very friendly. Happy to use again for any other jobs.
Lucas came round to see the jobs that needed doing, he filled me with confidence. George came about a week later & totally exceeded my expectations. He made a huge difference in a day & a half, I was so impressed by the range of his knowledge & skills. He fixed my front door, sorted out antiquated electrics, sealed around sink & decorated. Very reasonably priced. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
