Hampton & Mealey were brilliant! I was moving Chester to Hoylake, on the Wirral. They turned up on time, were really helpful, and handled all the heavy lifting without any fuss. Everything was taken from the same room and delivered straight into the same room at the new place — super organised! They even put the furniture together, including the bed, which was such a help. The team were tidy, efficient, and fast, but still took great care with everything — nothing broken at all. Their insurance also gave me extra peace of mind. Couldn’t have asked for better service — highly recommend!

Broke our mirrors and lamps, and didn't even tell us! We only discovered this when we took our stuff out of storage and the mirrors have completely disappeared (no one else had been in our storage) A lot of other stuff was damaged. Emailed a couple of times to ask and got a reponse from a random women asking for pictures. It would have been a lot more professional and honest to have let us know. Yes, they undercut on price, but the company is not professional or honest so worth paying a little more
