Really happy with the service received right from first phone call to job completion. I needed a gas safety certificate and the boiler service was included. The guy was on time and called to say he was on his way. The office staff were also very helpful and the documentation I received was very good.

You installed a new boiler 12m ago perfect service, no complaints. My husband emailed in Oct to arrange a boiler service and quote for new bathroom installation. It took long time for a response but you apologised and suggested a time. Husband replied and a more convenient time was discussed. We tried to confirm the date 3 times and were left unsure if you were attending. You confirmed our address but did not arrive on the stated day. An email to say you couldn't carry out the work would have been appreciated. We would have understood if you were busy and we could have arranged elsewhere.
