Did the sealants filling on the floors ok, but said he would come back for the toilet flusher fixing. Inisited on full payment to be made and late increase price for the toilet repairs after locking off the water supply in the toilet didn't dispose of the rubbish left over from fixing the fence.
We agreed £1,900 (for labour) to install and tile a tiny bathroom entirely. However, upon reviewing the work, he tiled the bath rounding’s only, I required the job to be done according to our agreement, he said, “it is too late to change it or pay me additional £500 I will do it”. I said no, then Algis walked away, he did not finish the job he started and have paid £975 labour cost, because he needed the money urgently for his wife’s father. Algis is money hungry, over charges for his work and he would like to control all aspect of the job to suit himself, without any consideration for you.
