Called Steve up to look at a job and give an estimate. Turned up on time on 6/3 and he is a friendly guy. He gave me an estimate and some advice. Whilst he was here I asked about a plumbing issue in my Mobile home. He came round on the Saturday and unfortunately the job wasn’t as easy as expected. However he came round on Sunday and did the job. I am very pleased with what he did. He is very experienced and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend him highly.
This is the second time I have used Steve , the first time he fixed my conservatory roof for me which I struggled to find somebody for as it was a small job and I was very happy with what he did. This time he came to fix some loose floorboards , I called him in the morning and he came to me that day. He even hoovered up after fixing the floorboards , nothing seemed like too much trouble. He is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy , I have already recommended him to other people and will continue to do so , his prices are very reasonable and I will use him again.
Steve has been round this morning to quote for some painting work, and a broken fence panel. He was very polite and professional, and upon seeing that the fence could be fixed quite easily - he has fixed it on the spot without charge, doing a great job. He also spotted an issue with a bit of sealant on our conservatory that he has also fixed on the spot for us. We are very impressed and will be booking him in for the paint job (and probably several more things) as soon as we are able. What a lovely man!
Steve fixed a problem with our front door. He worked quickly and to a high standard. The problem was resolved.
I manage around 100 properties, and deal with a lot of trades. What’s really refreshing about dealing with Steve is he is bright, responsive, gets the work done as if it’s his own place, has a wide variety of capabilities, doesn’t go crazy with the pricing. He’s done fences, woodwork, minor plumbing and electrics, decorative works. Pleasure to work with.

We had Steve come in to fix a couple bits around the house, including the oven, a door, and a light switch. All the issues were resolved but what stood out the most was his work ethic and methodology. Upon meeting him, he was incredibly helpful and nice, pointing out what he was going to do. Everything was done in a timely manner, while being careful with the appliances. We maintained conversations while he was working, which were very insightful but didn't distract him from the work being carried out. Overall, I strongly recommend Steve for his strong communication, good work done, and his character which makes you feel at ease.

Steve came and took details of what we required, said he would return with a quote the next day. We didn't hear from him again - DISSAPOINTING
Steve fitted some shelves and mirrors, made adjustments to a wardrobe. He fixed a leaking toilet and fitted new seats. Very efficient work, would definitely use again!
