“Repaired leaking roof - fixed the Flashings and corked along the joints. Plasterboard was soaked inside and an area had to be cut out and reinstated/decorated. Checked electrics in spotlights - they werent fire rated and got some new ones installed. They were clean and tidy and trustworthy”

I never got to show the job to Tom...the boss! He never showed up. I waited in the whole afternoon. NO phone call so out of curiosity I rang him 2 days later. He had the opportunity to apologise. He didnt! In fact he couldnt care less!! IF I had seen his "page "first I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT.Fortunately he didnt do any work . I dread to t hink how he would treat a complaint. Gives the whole ofCheck a trade a bad name.
