I have used John before and they did a great job, however recently a part on the boiler broke and it was leaking, we called out John who said he would order the needed part and see us on the following Monday to fit it, however he was a no show and couldn't get hold of him. A week or so later John texts to say he can't get the part, I would need to source it instead and he would come to fit it. I got the part and then was told by John that he would come on that Friday to fit it..... no show again and I couldn't get hold of him. Have attempted contact several times since but with no luck.

Came same day, found fault sraightaway. Remidied fault and checked system to make sure operating safely and efficiently.
