“Suddenly finding you need a whole new roof is quite daunting. Lenny provided me with reassurance every step of the way - explaining what needed doing and why. I trusted him completely and he didn’t let me down. I was due to go on holiday and Lenny promised me that he would have it finished for my return. He kept his promise! Neighbours reported their amazement at the skill and hard work of his workforce who worked for first thing in the morning to last thing at night. For the work and materials involved, his price was very reasonable. Great company - highly recommend”

TERRIBLE. They provided a great sales pitch but the job was done appallingly. The initial leak didn’t stop and much worse leaks started appearing immediately after. It took them six months to come and ‘try’ to fix the problem. Nothing was solved and their phone was disconnected shortly after. We’ve had two independent roofing surveys done, both of which concluded the job was completely unprofessional. Old felt wasn’t removed, 10cm gaps between sheets of membrane, cement used instead of leadwork, incorrect installation of dry ridge system.
Following a quote for a leak on my parents roof and work started, it became apparent that rafters were rotten and needed replacement. Lenny quoted and the work was commissioned. The work was completed but the original leak continued. Having called Lenny back twice, the leak still exists. I have since contacted Lenny by what’s app, text, email and phone but no response of any kind. Having settled the invoice on the day it was issued and provided with a 10 year guarantee, my parents are faced with the original issue!!
