They are incredibly responsive, full of integrity in wanting to get the job done right, and pragmatic( this goes for the whole team). Work has been done to budget, and on time. All works completed within the confirmed budget, any additional requests from our side went through separate contracts - Mitch has been the go-to person for everything on site. Once we confirmed what we want and gave him the specs / links, he took it from there and even arranged all deliveries on our behalf - I’ve not heard any “no” and team did their best to fix even slight issues to bring it to my standard - Our project took longer due to some hidden issues and team tried to get those done ASAP so that we had functioning WC & shower"
