"Boiler leaking had no idea were it was coming from as it was intermittent. I did not want a engineer to come out and not find the leak. Alfredo contacted me and went through the things I should keep an eye on. He also sent photos of leaks he had worked on to narrow down what the issue could be I also sent photos of the inside of the boiler he spotted a slight discoloured marking on a pipe and this lead to the condensate hose had split. Hose and trap replaced. Trap never been removed before re pipework in way Alfredo did this he noticed white elbow pipework had leaked and crumbled replaced as well"
