Super prompt response and efficient professional service.
David is a true master of his craft and a consummate professional. His communication is clear and responsive, and the quality of his work is outstanding. He explains everything in simple terms, making the process easy to understand. His quotes and invoices are straightforward and easy to manage, and his rates offer excellent value for money in my opinion. David replaced a toilet in a very tight space, completing the job with precision and leaving a clean, tidy result that looked great. He then tackled the far less pleasant task of unblocking our backed-up external drains, which he handled swiftly and expertly. Once the drains were flowing again and cleaned down, David used a camera to inspect the system. We were even given a guided tour of the pipes, identifying blockages and joints in real time. This made it easy to establish a clear priority list for addressing the overall drainage problem. We hope David can fit us into his busy schedule. Highly recommend.
It's always a worry to find a tradesperson to work in and on your home but from their first response to my email, I 'liked' HawkFost and I have not been disappointed. David, who actually completed most of the work we had done, and Ryan are both pleasant, polite, totally professional and passionate about their work. Everything was clearly explained at the outset and their commitment to the job in hand was obvious throughout. At the end of each day everything was tidied away and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a bathroom tap and kitchen tap replaced and the original central heating system has been completely upgraded and updated, including 2 new radiators, a new pump, a new larger, more efficient hot water cylinder, a Hive control system and a full powerflush (which was a revelation in itself!) We would have no hesitation in recommending HawkFost and they will certainly always be our "go to" plumbing company.

Responsed very quickly, came out to install a new hot tap for me. Very professional, cleaned up at the end and left the place as it was found with a great new hot tap neatly installed to utilise maximum cupboard space underneath. Would highly recommend the services of HawkFost to others.

Last year I was fortunate enough to have Heat-Tec install a brand new bathroom in my home and was delighted with the care and professionalism they showed, going above and beyond to make sure everything was fitted and working as it should. During the last few days I have just had them install new radiators through out my home to replace the old ones and the work ethic showed was exactly as it had been last year. A friendly and professional service I would not hesitate to recommend.
David was extremely professional and kept us updated with the work progress and any snags came across, would definitely have him back to do more work in the future
David was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had an ongoing issue with blocked drains that other drainage engineers couldn't solve. First time Dave did a drain CCTV survey which showed a blockage in the soakaway and drain. He returned to jet them and completed the survey (only charging for the jetting) which showed problems with roots blocking the soakaway and a hole in the drain caused by a post piercing it. He went above and beyond to help solve them including doing a temporary fix to the soakaway until I have the funds to get repaired properly. He was really easy to talk to, clear explanations of what he had found, advice on what to do and wasn't distracted or rushed. I would 100% recommend and will be using again.
I had a drainage issue which Dave sorted for me. He was very polite and punctual. Very clean and tidy job. I definitely recommend 5 stars from me.
Dave was really prompt in responding and able to fit in the job late afternoon the following day, which I appreciated. His report was specific with photos etc and the recommendations for remedial works to be done were competitively priced
