Joe did a fantastic job of creating an open plan room with 2 rooms, reinforcing a dropped wall, kitchen installation and a build of a downstairs bathroom for my disabled father in law. The project was done to time scales and budget and Joe has a skilled team behind him to overcome issues, which given the design of our original 50’s house there were plenty of. Joe was really good in keeping us up to date on the build/renovations progress and like most projects, unforeseen happen - which he was on the ball with. 100% recommend Hawkes construction for our next major job of the patio refurb.
I recently had an extension built by Joe from Hawkes Developments, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, Joe was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to improve the design. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Joe and his team were friendly, efficient, and always left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.
