It turned out that the fan had needing turning on with a specific sequence and Haywood was honest enough to tell me that it didn’t need replacing, so he’s a very trustworthy engineer, as well as being a very friendly and helpful person to deal. Have kept his details and will unquestionably use him again. Very highly recommended!”
