We used Headway windows for a new porch and front door. Danny came and helped us in our design choices. The installation was on time and performed with professional and left a neat and tidy job.

We recently bought a house that needed a new front door. Headway was recommended and they responded quickly to our request for help and were able to help us choose the type of door best suited to our property. There was work to be done before the door could be fitted and they were cheerful about delaying production when needed and still delivered and fitted the door on time. We are delighted with the result and the difference it has made to the comfort levels in house.

After our back door lock became faulty .I phoned Headway as we had used them before. That week we had a sales visit & survey done and the new door was on order . Within three weeks the new door was fitted GREAT JOB thank you .

Excellent service from the first contact, we only needed a new front door and there was no hard sell of extras eg windows etc, which was very refreshing. Guidance and suggestions re colour choice and glass were much appreciated. The door was fitted sooner than we expected. The fitter took great care, protected our property, very tidy, left absolutely no mess, perfect job. We will definitely use Headway Doors and Windows again and very happy to recommend to others.

Headway Doors & Windows fitted nine windows to our home.These new Headway windows are fantastic feeling solid when opened and closed not to mention how quite the house seems now with them. at no time did we feel under pressure with Daniel with so called offers : Show house-one time 50%off only discounts you know the sort of thing. Chris was our fitter he came and done the final survey (measure twice cut once) he is a credit to Headway cleaning up as he went and more importantly keeping any damage to the surround to a minimum. Exterior door fitting was carried out with care, extremely pleased with the end result, the old door was removed and new frame and door fitted, it was completed in good time with no mess left at all the site was left as found, previously they fitted all our windows so would certainly recommend them, there after service is also very good, the gentleman who fitted the door was very polite and worked continuously.
