Headway was recommended and they responded quickly to our request for help and were able to help us choose the type of door best suited to our property. There was work to be done before the door could be fitted and they were cheerful about delaying production when needed and still delivered and fitted the door on time. We are delighted with the result and the difference it has made to the comfort levels in house.”

Excellent Workmanship
After a splendid job of replacing 2 doors in July by Chris, we went back to Headway for an urgent window replacement The salesman was good; the surveyor was superb and managed to find us a slot that met our needs. Scott installed the window. He was efficient and effective, his attention to detail, and keeping our property clean and tidy was very good. Thank you all.

Excellent service from the first contact, we only needed a new front door and there was no hard sell of extras eg windows etc, which was very refreshing. Guidance and suggestions re colour choice and glass were much appreciated. The door was fitted sooner than we expected. The fitter took great care, protected our property, very tidy, left absolutely no mess, perfect job. We will definitely use Headway Doors and Windows again and very happy to recommend to others.

Exterior door fitting was carried out with care, extremely pleased with the end result, the old door was removed and new frame and door fitted, it was completed in good time with no mess left at all the site was left as found, previously they fitted all our windows so would certainly recommend them, there after service is also very good, the gentleman who fitted the door was very polite and worked continuously.

Double glazed replacement windows
This is the second time we have used Headway, and have also recommended them to a close family member. We had 8 windows replaced over 3 days. The work was undertaken and completed on time. The fitter, Chris was polite, prompt, and very professional in his work. The salesman Danny was also very friendly and sincere. We were given a 10% discount as we had the work completed in December. I am happy with the new windows and would recommend this company to anyone considering new windows.

I had a young man arrive to install the new doors, he has arrived early and waited for us to arrive back from a previous appointment, he was very polite throughout his attendance, the conversation about how he was going to carry out the job was very informative, my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of his workmanship, he cleaned and cleared up on completion. I must say the whole experience was great, at no time was there any problems that we could see, we would recommend him and the company ( Headway) to any one seeking to have new double glazing units installed.

Great service
Contacted Headway over Christmas about having 2 new doors fitted. Taylor visited us for home consultation and was very friendly and professional and did not try to upsell. He came round at a time that suited us to consult and then process paperwork and collect the deposit too. The fitting was booked in quickly and the whole process took just over 1 month. Doors look great and fitted well, completed in a few hours and went over how to use the doors with me before he left. Great friendly and professional service, lots of choice, advice given, and good price overall, would recommend to anyone! :)
