Active incorporated business
Heat Collector Ltd is linked to a Companies House entry. This shows the business registration, not evidence of workmanship or service quality.
Why this helps you judge trust: this trader is linked to a registered company with named people who are legally accountable for it, on an official register anyone can check, a layer of accountability an unregistered trader doesn't offer. Around 15 years on the register also points to an established business rather than a brand-new one.

Detailed reviews
Heat Collector has done an excellent job under the leadership of Mike Amrose. Mike is very knowledge about the products. He charges exactly the quote. They came to fit the new heat pump around 2 weeks after I accepted the quote. He didn't try to sell me more than I need, and very honest. I highly recommend Mike's company. Five stars to me
Really did provide 40/40 service quality. HeatCollector had to finish off and commission a complicated and abandoned installation. They were very good at working out and correcting other's mistakes. HeatCollector were excellent and got everything working perfectly. Mike Ambrose and his family workers - have integrity, are very personable, reliable and knowledgable about all things air-source heat pump related - including Gvt funding. Mike provides my tenants with out of hours telephone support - he clearly does not charge for his time and cares about relationships and value for money.
It is fantastic, their workmanship and customer service has been brilliant.
