Central heating installation
I called Mansour, as my boiler stopped working. He came over and provided us with advice and a quote. He installed the new boiler and, during the process found the gas leak under the floor of my property. He fixed the gas leak and made our property safe I am really impressed with his experience and the details of the work. I am very happy with all the jobs he did. I recommend this firm to anyone who needs a good plumber and heating engineer.

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed, and I’d like to clarify the situation. When I attended your property on Saturday evening, your boiler was leaking — a potential safety hazard. As a qualified Gas Safe engineer, it’s my duty to make unsafe appliances safe before further work. I therefore isolated the boiler in line with safety regulations, while ensuring your cooking facilities remained operational. This was done solely to protect your property and household. As your boiler was under five years old, I advised that it might still be under warranty to help you avoid unnecessary repair costs. I planned to confirm this and order parts on Monday, as suppliers are closed over the weekend. Unfortunately, communication delays contributed to the time before the issue could be progressed. His work was carried out to a very high professional standard and he was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, on top of that, his pricing was very fair and reasonable, which I really appreciate I will use him again in future also recommend him to others
Heating, Bathroom Renovation
I recently hired Mansour to renovate my heating system and completely update my bathroom, I am genuinely impressed with quality of his work from start to finish, he was professional,honest and clear what needed to be done.he took the time to explain the process in detail, and also provided a fair and transparent quote. During the renovation mansour demonstrated exceptional workmanship, he and his team arrived on time every day. The heating system upgrade was done with precision and I immediately noticed the improvement of performance. As for the bathroom, the transformation s remarkable, everything from tilling and plumbing was completed, finishing is so beautiful, I am so impressed and recommend him to anyone who wants good and reliable work man.
Disappointed
My boiler was leaking slightly. He came on Sat and charged me £80 + VAT. All he did was turn off the gas to my boiler and leave me with no hot water or heat. He didn't even tell me that was what he was doing. He spent less than 15 mins in my property and decided I needed a spare part. He said he would order it on Mon. On Tue I asked him if he has ordered it and he said no. I asked him how to turn the hot water and heat back on as I have my elderly mother staying with me and he didn't respond. I got a second opinion today they said something was clogged and cleaned it and that was it. Problem sorted. Heat and hot water back. So I basically paid £96 to have my heat and hot water switched off for 4 days for no reason. He didn't even try to declog anything before saying I needed a spare part.
Mansour changed my gas boiler and hob , Very happy with his jobs , I have hot water and can cook without any issues. Very happy with him and I don’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs experience plumber.

Got the job done!
I can't recommend Mansour and his team highly enough! From the start, they communicated clearly, arrived on time, and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. It wasn't a straightforward fix, but they didn't give up or cut corners. Instead, they carefully worked through the issue and had the plumbing re-routed from a difficult location that two other professionals failed to do. It's rare to find someone this reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful. If you're dealing with a complicated plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call Heat Input Plumbers again. Truly excellent service!
The perfect Workmanship
I have used mansour more then 10 years,but this time we hired him to advise us on a full refurbishment of our bathroom,kitchen and central heating system in my mother house.from the very beginning, mansour was incredibly helpful ,he visited us took the time to understand our need. This was especially important for us because the bathroom needed to be adapted for my elderly mother, who is less able and requires accessible features. He helped us design something that works for her day to day needs. The entire jobs took 3 weeks,we are absolutely delighted with results. Every details was finished to a high standard, and its clear that mansour takes great pride in his work. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking for someone honest, skilled and thoughtful in their approach.

Mansour and his team have been an absolute lifeline since I moved in earlier this year. They have installed water softeners, a smart thermostat, washer/ dryer and an extractor fan, fixed heating issues, and even resolved a mains water issue by running a hose pipe up the side of the building! There is nothing his team can’t do and he will always come out at very short notice with a smile on his face!
Very good work
I called Mansour to cap a gas pipe and replace a hob in the kitchen. He was very friendly with good communication skills. To assist with the replacement, he even purchased the hob for me as part of the job, which was so helpful saving me time. His work was very good and his price fair. I will definitely be using him again. Thank you Mansour.

Mansour has looked after all my gas appliances and plumbing in Kentish Town for a number of years. He has done everything from servicing, replacing toilets, to installing a new boiler and hob. He is first rate and always attends when asked in a timely fashion. Work standards are excellent. Could not recommend Mansour more highly.
Walk in shower installation
Mansour and his team have done a brilliant job installing a walk in shower. They were very friendly and worked hard to get things done. Everything was cleaned and tidied up at the end of the day. The price was very reasonable and the work to a high standard. I recommend Mansour without hesitation.
