"This company attended my house on 3 occasions to change an Automatic Vent Valve valued at £6.50. 3 weeks down the line and I’m still waiting for the repair to be carried out. The tradesmen attend my address, look at the problem and then leave promising that the repair will be carried out on the next visit. This repair has been authorised by my Insurance company and we have now agreed to have the valve changed by my own heating engineer and reclaim the cost of the repair direct from the insurance company. I told the last Heat Uk engineer and the insurance company that Heat Uk would not be allowed back onto my property. ..."

Failed to turn up or call on agreed day for a boiler service. When I phoned @16.55 was told by some office fool that the engineer would be with us within next hour or two.. But obviously didn"t call or turn up. So wasted a day waiting in for them! Obviously haven't heard of customer service and wonder how they managed to get rating!!!
