"We contacted heateam for a quote for our replacement boiler, david was very professional and knowledgeable when coming out. We booked the team in and they arrived on time and kept within the timescale as per the quote. On the day of the installation Jonny was sent to replace our boiler and just like David he was very professional and knowledgable about the trade, due to the Pandemic at the moment we requested the workmen to enter through our back door to limit movement inside out property. All our requests and needs were met and we are extremely happy with our new boiler."

"I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for servicing and fixing our boiler issue. I’m an NHS physio at treating patients directly and I have to shower thoroughly the moment I get in from work due to the Coronavirus. I was really missing hot showers and on getting home to a working shower I was so happy and relieved I shed a tear. It’s the little things in life that make a difference and I wanted to say thank you to your company and engineer for being essential and coming to do the work at short notice. It’s really appreciated especially at this important time"
