Complete loft conversion done We hired for loft conversion and kitchen work. Whole team is very professional and complete the work with full dedication. Outcome of the loft job was full satisfactory and kitchen fitting was also done professionally… love the work and as dilraj builder take care of all minute work personally to give the best out of it. Fully satisfied and recommendable.

Dilraj ran the hip to gable loft conversion for my semi. It started ok, but slowly went bad to terrible. The scaffolding team was unprofessional, damaged our ext. 10%+ budget for new roof tiles and new gutters, but it looks terrible and the gutters STILL leak EVERYWHERE. He deviated wildly from the architect plans. Plumbing was a nightmare, refused to fix leaks they created, had to hire a different bathroom fitter. None of the walls are straight. Didn't pay building control so I chased them for 4 mo. Structurally, we're worried it's not going to last the expected 30 years, let alone 5. AVOID!!

We recently had two bathrooms completely refurbished along with a full house paint job, and we are extremely happy with the results. The work was carried out to a very high standard from start to finish. Both bathrooms were finished beautifully, with great attention to detail, neat workmanship, and quality finishing throughout. The full house painting was also done professionally, leaving the house looking fresh and spotless. The team was reliable, punctual, hardworking, and respectful of our home. They kept everything clean and tidy during the work and completed the job.
