"A couple of days before, a previous heating engineer refused to fix my boiler but claimed to have located the issue. Being someone who has zero knowledge of boilers, I was hesitant to call in someone unknown to the family or who had been recommended. So glad I did. It is refreshing to experience a workman who could have, but didn’t exaggerate work/costs to get my heating up and running again. He even gave me details ‘if this should happen again’ of how I can solve this INSTEAD of paying a call out charge again in future. Honesty and integrity 100% Faith in humanity restored!!"

"Previous engineers condemned boiler as "parts are no longer available". Called Heatrite and they had the boiler up and running the very same day! Amazing!"
