Used Alex again for a leak in our attic and again he was quick and efficient and great to deal with- much appreciated
Alex was polite and personable and arrived an hour after my call on a Sunday. He diagnosed and sorted out a leak stemming from a shower pump unit in our loft and offered sensible advice on another leak problem with a shower cubicle. Tidy worker. Recommended.
Alex attended my property at short notice and gave an instant quote after assessment. He returned on the next working day and completed the work in a quick and tidy fashion. The total cost matched the original quote. I was really happy with the responsiveness and service.
Excellent workmanship, clean and tidy, very knowledgeable on all plumbing matters. Two small jobs were completed first, then an existing shower pod was removed and a new (much better shower) installed. Very pleased with all his work, can highly recommend.
Very pleased with Alex. Punctual, efficient and very approachable. I am very happy with the work Alex did to replace the kitchen sink tap which had broken off. In fact, my sink works even better than it did before as it is now more powerful which is a pleasant surprise. When Alex had finished, he made sure to leave behind his contact details and told me he would be happy to come back if any further plumbing occurs. Alex was very courteous all throughout his time. I would be happy to use him again in the future and I would recommend him to a friend. Overall, very positive.

We had a leak in the flexible toilet pan connector, not good, I checked through for a reputable plumbing company and thankfully found this company and Alex, he arranged to come and repair after giving me a quote for the work concerned. Alex arrived bang on time I found him to be friendly,polite,knowledgable and a very clean and tidy worker also very informative with advice about the best route to take to avoid this happening again. His costs were fair and very competitive and we have already asked him to quote to change some kitchen taps, needless to say we will now always call on Alex first and recommend him to all our friends and family.
Alex oozes knowledge, he replaced sink and taps but went to the extra effort of adding isolation valves. He arrived exactly when he said, to look at what was needed and quoted a fair price. The job was done with ease but was very clear if there were any issues just let him know. Genuine, nice to find trades people who are not trying to rip customers off. Would highly recommend Alex.
Alex fixed a leaking toilet. He explained everything that he found wrong and what was needed to fix it. He was polite and tidy and I will ask him back to replace 2 taps.

Had an issue with leaking mains stopcock and a leaking pipe in bathroom, I called Alex and he sorted it all out the next day. He is very knowledgeable and had all the parts required on his van. He was quick and repairs were of a high standard. I would be very happy to recommend his services and will use him again if needed.

Alex installed a new Aqualisa shower and new bath taps at my 90yr old mother's house. Alex is quite simply a wonderful plumber with a wealth of experience. He will very patiently answer all your questions. He is a very clean worker, does not leave any mess and above all he goes above and beyond to complete a really good job. I would thoroughly recommend this guy and will certainly be using him again in the future.
