“Gary has always been excellent. Appointed by my landlord in Feb, he identified the issue with the boiler. With a bit of a delay due to landlord issues, he then came back to see the boiler then it completely shut down, and it was unsaveable. He the changed his schedule to get us a new boiler asap. Him and his apprentice are incredibly friendly and incredibly efficient, as well as tidying up when they’re finished. Will 100% recommend and would use if I owned my own house!”
